Q1: What is the Women Power Summit event about?

A1: It is set to connect and bring together 80 Male and Female leaders to address the key points of their thoughts on working together, communicating and forging stronger relationships within teams and to discuss the workplace environment between individuals for 2,000 attendees.

Q2: When will the event be held?

A2: The Women Power Summit 2019 will be held on October 13th and 14th.

Q3: Where will the event be held?

A3: The event is located at the Sofitel Bahrain.

Q4: How much is the registration fee?

A4: It depends on the date you buy the tickets:
Early Bird (valid until 31 July) BHD 70 – USD 186.19
(1 August 2019- 30 September 2019) BHD 100 – USD 265.99
(1 October 2019 – 13-14 October 2019) BHD 125 – USD 332.49
There is students discount for 35% and corporates discount for 20%.

Q5: Do you have special rates or discounts?

A5: Yes, we do have students’ discounts for 35% and corporates discount (buying more than five tickets) for 20%.

Q6: What is included in the registration fee?

A6: It gives you full access to 50+ panel sessions, interactive workshops, keynote discussions, power pitch (Tech) competition, mentorship opportunities, industry focused groups, networking opportunities, lead generation opportunities, update your new headshot, evening program for 2 days (speed networking & movie screening), goodie bag, breakfast, lunch and coffee break.

Q7: Do you offer refunds?

A7: There is no refund for the registration fee.

Q8: Can I get a certificate for attendance?

A8: Unfortunately, attendance certificates are not part of our program.

Q9: Do you have Wi-Fi? What is the password?

A9: Yes we do, the password can be found on the day of the event in the venue.

Q10: Are you hosting the Summit next year again?

A10: Yes we will be hosting the Summit again next year, follow us on Instagram @womenpowersummit for updates.

Q11: How can I become a speaker next year? How can I nominate a speaker for next year?

A11: You can drop us an email containing your bio on speakerswps@obaiandhill.com/ develop@obaiandhill.com.

Q12: When will I receive my pass?

A12: On the day of the event, or to avoid the queue, you can stop by our office located in Fakhro Tower a week before the event to collect your badge.

Q13: Will I be able to attend all of the programming I want to?

A13: Yes, the event is held for two days and everyone can access all the programs.

Q14: Can I volunteer at the Summit?

A14: Yes, you can drop us an email containing your CV on humanresources@obaiandhill.com.
